Taphouse, aged 63, born in Sherfield Green, Hants and living in Bournemouth 'Dealer in works of' [presumably art]. He seems to have been the surveyor & inspector of nuisances to Witney rural sanitary authority, surveyor of highways to Bampton East highway board.
