Biography She seems to have given other jewellery using geological specimens to other museums so presumably she collected these items. It appears that if her name was E.J. Begg she contributed to the Folklore Society's journal. Nothing else is known about her. She could be Elsie Jeanie Begg mentioned in 1901 census who lived in Paddington, London and had been born in Assam, India in 1898 [Alison Petch [as part of 'The Other Within' project 2006-9] 06/12/2006]
