Biography A keen archaeologist, he had an M.B. but it is not clear what his career was. He may have been the Edgar Willett listed in the 1901 census as being aged 44, born in Brighton, Sussex living in Marylebone, London described as a 'surgeon'. According to Jackson's Oxford Journal of 8.12.1877 Edgar W. Willett of New College was examined satisfactorily in Chemistry prelims, Natural Science School.
