John [Fiott] Lee

Biography Born John Fiott. He travelled widely before inheriting his uncle's estate at Hartwell, Buckinghamshire in 1815 when he changed his surname to Lee. He combined his life as magistrate and landlord with passion for astronomy and antiquities.
