Biography Hills & Saunders operated between 1939-1970 from 56 High Street, Oxford. The company was started in 1852 by two Oxford hairdressers Robert Hills and Henry Saunders, there were branches in Cambridge, Eton, Harrow, Rugby, Aldershot and Sandhurst.
