Biography A member of the Quaker Fox family that owned Glendurgan Garden, Falmouth. Little is known of this particular individual, he is presumably related to Edward Burnett Tylor via his wife. This is probably the George H. Fox listed in the 1901 census as being aged 55, born and living in Falmouth, Cornwall and described as a 'Ship Agent Timber Merchant' [Alison Petch [as part of 'The Other Within' project 2006-9] 16/01/2007]
