Spinning top, Congo

A number of types of toys and games are found all over the world, including spinning tops. Tops were fashionable in Victorian England, but have also been a popular toy throughout the Americas, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific. This top consists of a bean on a thin wooden shaft.
