Yiktsang Nyer-pa II. Personal name Thupten Wangchuk. Born 1908. A monk official working as record keeper (Yiktsang Nyer-pa) since 1928. The adopted son of Khenchung Lobsang Jungne. A younger brother of the wife of the Yapshi Phunkang Kung. Intelligent and promising.
