Three men posed for the camera holding spears and clubs, wearing textiles and arm and neck ornaments. Two are wearing headdresses of differing types as well as a long-fringed leather arm bands.

Other Information:
One of the six non-E-P photos at the end of this Shilluk series is a photograph by C.G. Seligman, reproduced cropped in Pagan Tribes (facing page 38). I have tentatively ascribed these photographs to Seligman therefore, taken on their first expedition up the Nile in 1909-10. [Chris Morton 15/3/2004]
