Looking towards a range of hills, probably either Jebel Tunya or Jebel Wadega, both Jumjum hill areas that Evans-Pritchard visited briefly to interview people, with a number of huts visible at the foot. In the foreground are areas of cultivation which seem to have been recently harvested.
