Technical Information - The camera used to take this collection of colour slides (Dufay colour) were a Zeiss Super Ikonta and a Reflex Korelle. [KC 09/10/2006]

[no.] 26. Three Shappes. The long earring is always in the left ear, a atud in the lobe of the right ear. On the left is Nangchung (Glangchung), in the middle is Bondong Bonsho (Bon Gdong) and on the right is Tendong (Bkras mthong) Shappe, grandfather of the Dalai Lama's private secretary. Tendong was an experienced administrator. This picture was taken around 1937.' [KC 09/10/2006]
