Other Information - Photographer: According to Bell's Index of Illustrations entry, this image was originally taken and/or owned by P. Brown. This is probably Percy Brown of the Calcutta Museum, who was well known as a specialist in Himalayan architecture, and who published 'Tours in Sikkim and Darjeeling District', Calcutta: W. Newman, 1917 (2nd ed 1922). [MS 28/6/2004]
