Description:
Three Mandari men sit around an open hearth on their ambatch parrying shields, which were used for a variety of purposes including containing tobacco and other small objects, as well as being used for seats.
Two of them have long stemmed pipes as well as puppies.
In the background is the large thatched rectilinear building seen in other images, probably a colonial building.
