Description:
Two young Mandari Köbora women in the central area of a homestead, one seated on a reed mat, the other holding a line for an unknown purpose.
There are numerous gourd containers dotted around them.
The reason for the gathering is not known.
In general, Köbora women ornamented themselves more excessively than western Mandari women, wearing larger sets of armrings, as well as chain-link aprons with small triangle aprons hung in front and more strings of beads around the neck or waist.
