Notes on print - 'Lhasa from South' (in blue ink) is written on the reverse of print and '612' (in red ink) and 'Velox' in an oval is stamped in black. [KC 13/9/2006]
Other Information - Dates: Images of this size and with red printed batch numbers on the back of their respective contact prints in the 600's seem on the whole to have been taken between 1938-9 according to internal image evidence and their relationship to Richardson's archive. It seems that Richardson acquired his 6x6 camera in 1938 [MS 22/12/2005]
