The entrance to Nechung monastery festooned with awnings and banners. The Nechung Oracle descends the stairs in the centre. He is wearing ceremonial clothes including a mirror on his chest and a hat on his head. A man to his right is holding a bow and arrow. There are people on the roof bending over and looking down. There are ritual roof decorations on the roof.
