This photo is the same scenery as in 1998.349.255 except more children now appear here. The man is the same one in 1998.349.255 but the other man in uniform is now not here. Again this scenery and the natural environment does not convince me that this is a Luo country. Also refer to explanation in 1998.349.250. [Gilbert Oteyo 9/9/2004]
